I have a friend who is wanting me to make him a decal with a cross that has In Loving Memory on it. He wants the text to curve or wrap around the cross, but I cannot figure out how to do that in CorelDraw or Inkscape. Can anyone help me, please?

In Coreldraw, use Help (F1) and search on 'fit text to path' for step by step instructions. You essentially create an object path (circle, square, oval, whatever), type your text, then merge the two.
