I looked all over google and sawgrass and wasatchs website for the answer but could not find it despite it probably being a simple solution.

I am trying to use sawgrass's ICC "Winprofile" with wasatch rip. I copied the profile in a new folder into wasatched correct folder but when I try to print my epson 9890 is giving me a black color mismatch error despite the black set to the correct black (matte) and the correct paper selected per sawgrass instructions.

I am able to use the profile with photoshop and it works fine.

But I need to be able to use this profile with wasatch. Can anyone instruct me how to do this? Sawgrass just pointed me to a page but it doesnt address my problem.

I notice the other ICC profiles in wasatch folder have other files with information, this sawgrass profile is only a single icc file.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? Sawgrass is currently closed and im still waiting for wasatch to return my call.

Just got off phone with sawgrass. Now i can print with wasatch using sawgrass icc profile but it prints all wrong. The guy at wasatch said I need all the configuration files as I suspected. So I will have to call sawgrass tomorrow and try to get them.

The ICC profile is done after linearising the printer, therefore you should have the linearisation curves in your config folder or it won't work. Is the profile for use in Wasatch or directly from the application?

I suspect that you have a standard RGB ICC profile from Sawgrass, but Wasatch is wanting a CMYK ICC profile?
