You need to print the image, 3x in the same place on the shirt, to get the result you want. What printer are you using???
How to speed up the digital printing rate
We got an order from the Middle east, 10000pcs T-shirt with large high quality printings. Clients need 100% cotton material, so we can not use sublimation printing, and the printing is colorfull, so we can not use silkscreen. We choose digital printing for this order and got very good result. But there is only 1 digital printing machine in the production room, and we need to print the picture for 3 times in order to get the best result. So, the most printings we can get is 300pcs/day. It will take us more than 30days to finish this order.
Is there anyone knows how to speed up the digital printing rate? Or there is any other ways to printing large colorful pictures on the 100% cotton T shirts?

Thank for your reply, the image is in color changing, so many color and details in the image, and we got beautiful results after 3 times printing, you mean it may be the problem of the machine? No, the machine is good for other printings, but this one is really hard. I can send you the image for reference, would you please let me know your email address?
