Hello all,
I was wondering if anyone can help me how to set the temperture on my heat press machine for it to stop rising at the certain temperture? I went to "set" and shows the desired tempeture but it just still keeps rising.
I use "15X15 SUBLIMATION DIGITAL HEAT PRESS MACHINE".

And also, does anyone know why whenever I do head cleanings it messes up my printer? I have Epson workforce 1100 wide format printer. And whenever I do head cleanings I get very bad smugged ink all over the place. I tryed every settings still like that. And I tryed printing on regular paper with those settings and prints out fine. Anyone with this problems??

If anyone can please help me. Id really appracite it.
Thanks!!!

hi, when you press set on the heat press , you should be able to use the arrow keys to go up and down, soon as your at the set temperature you wish, press set again this locks it into place, and turn off your heat press and back on to make sure.

for the epson 1100, you might just want to just wipe the printing bay and take out the cartridges and wipe the bottom with a dry tissue

try not to do head cleaning unless it's really needed,
there should be a option to clean colour inks or black, if you notice that the black is playing up just clean the one instead of the set.

hope this helps.

Unfortunately the lower end Epsons don't have individual color purges, you have to waste all the ink to run a cleaning cycle. Refill suppliers tend to recommend running purge sheets and nozzle checks rather than cleaning cycles, but I've always found that "one last band" tends to be unresolvable without running at least one, and usually two cleaning cycles. Such a waste of ink.

The original poster's issue sounds more like bad seal with the carts and the printhead. Are you using refillables? From a reputable company or something generic off eBay? If you're using a CIS that's not glued to the printer, is it level with the side of the printer or above it? It shouldn't be raised up.
