I'm recently starting a brand, and looking for ways to relabel. I have a screen printing press and a heat press. I first tried using HTV but the label I wanted was too small for my Cricut to cut. I also tried screen printing, it works well on 100% cotton, but on the inside of 50/50 cotton it doesn't work so well. I'm wondering if there's an easier way to go about relabeling? Is there some sort of transfer paper that I could print and heat press on? If so, where would I get it from? Thanks!

Man, making screen printed transfers is double the work over directly screen printing your shirts.

What specific issue are you having with the 50/50's? Those should be pretty cut and dry too.
I’m using Gildan right now to start off with, and they’re 50/50, and the inside has a lot of fuzz. So when I screen printed on it, some of the ink stayed on the fuzz that popped up and it just doesn’t look right. Thank you!
