so i'm kinda new to printing white on black.
i'm wondering how am i gonna get the design below (its an example) on a screen if i want to print the white part on a black shirt.


how do i get the white part on a screen???

its not hard to separate colours you can get programs that do it for you , what inks are you using/what it the design :)
