Hi. If you are talking about dye sublimation transfers, you will need an Epson printer filled with sublimation inks, a printer colour correction profile and sublimation transfer paper. You will also need a heat press to affix the images to garments.
Will indicated about dye sub. For pigment ink type transfers, right the best quality seems to be using Jet Pro Soft Stretch transfer paper using an Epson printer, but only on light/white shirts. But even then, the quality will not be as good as silkscreening or vinyl.
