How would you print this and what type of method (Discharge, regular printing, or etc). Red, White, and black ink. Going on a charcoal shirt. Really to get the effect off all the red shades.

You could do 3 colors and just use halftones for all the diffrent shades.

I think Splathead has it right. On a charcoal shirt, you're going to have a hard time printing large tints of the orange over a white underbase and have it coming out looking anything like the art. Large fields of a halftoned "tint" of a color are hard to print well and look good, unless you're doing something "graphic" like benday dots. Especially on a manual press. I would opt for solid areas of different shades of the orange.

This can be done no problem with screen on a gray shirt. You would have to have a halftoned underbase.
