in the art make a trap on both the yellow and red plates. Flash and print Black. Actually fairly easy.

At it again huh Ben? LOL Im me and I can talk you thru it if this doesnt make sense to you..
assuming your familiar with registration marks to align each color Ill address the problem with that particular press.... The heads you have, have a curve on the inside at the top an the bottom.... when you tape your artwork to the platen and try to line up to it the curve will cause the screens to move dramatically as it gets tight.... Just slide the screen slightly towards you before you tighten it...then line the artwork up on the platen instead of the other way around.... now when you lineup your other screens they should also be far enough forward that the curve wont come into play and you can get some pretty close alignment... Make sure theres no off contact while your aligning them.... for very very fine adjustment back the clamps off some and tap the screen lightly with a hammer or mallet...LOL (The Original Micro Adjustment tool)..... Good Luck Ben.. Chuck
You can print it. simply take the time to set it up. I remeber when i had a press like that, I did exactly what Squirts said. Except I didnt line it up with no off contact, I found that it moved when I changed teh off contact. Try what works, But if you find it moves after raising the off contact, try lining it up with the off ocntact set "up"
Its a really easy print, Once you get it set.
Good luck!
Trapping is the nasty little secret.
There is a good video at youtube.com on using plexiglass to register your screen and keeping the proper off-contact. Search for "Screen printing orientation 2".
