How to print ink really thin

might be able to get an additive to help that kinda thing.

just add cuable reducer till your happy with it.

Will that make the ink thin on the shirt or just thin it out on the screen?

In addition to the curable reducer, use a higher mesh screen.

add curable reducer to the ink (it reduces opacity) and incorporate some distress patterns into your designs. Photoshopping some pictures of concrete as a separate masking layer in the original design is one of my standbys.

In addition to adding curable reducer/high mesh count/distress patterns, just do a really half-a$$ed job of pulling (or pushing) the squeegee . . .

thinner emulsion only coating t-shirt side works for me if i want low ink deposit but I work with water based only so not sure if this will work on plastisol.

But for distressed look it is all in the design and that is where it all should take place
