Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to get rid of the hook oil code on display. I cant figure out how to get to the maintinence screen? i have oiled the machine every where I could. I read the manual but not sure what buttons to hit when the code is up to get into maintinence>

The service menu is accessed by pressing the up arrow button and the "rabbit" button at the same time. Then scroll through the different options.

Once you select "4 hour maintenace" and proceed, the machine will automatically rotate the hook to make it easy to oil. Then press enter again. The four hour timer starts over. Same with theother maintenace options.

I feel like I am missing something? I have the oil hook message up, I press the up arrow key and the rabbit key at the same time but it doesn't go to another screen?

Although it looks like the UP symbol, the button you press is the "ALT enable" on the bottom left of the control panel ... and the "rabbit" button go to the 4-hour menu, its the next one after the opening screen.
