Here are pics of our CISS bulk ink system installed. This is a 3rd party aftermarket system. Which can be purchased from www.equipmentzone.com This is not a cheap Chinese system. The system was designed for the T-Jet, but can be easily modified for a Kiosk. When ordering just get the system for the T-Jet2

No problems with clogging
Faster printing with no banding
No problems with ink supply tubes coming off
No spaghetti tubes
No mess
No Dampers

We have been using this Bulk System for over 6 months now, our ink costs have dropped dramatically since there is no wasted ink. Since we can print faster, we actually use less ink per print. Printing faster also means substantially reduced costs overall and better bottom line profits.

Prior to using this system, we went through 5 printheads, 12 dampers, 3 ribbon cables and and wasted hundreds if not thousands of dollars on wasted ink with excessive INK FILLS and HEAD CLEANINGS. After switching, we have had NO equipment related failures or replacements, NONE!

We recommend that you use Dupont Brand inks. Dupont Brand inks offer superior printing, no wasted shirts from ink oozing from the printhead, no stained or fouled capping stations and wiper assemblies. Dupont inks also have great color and washability!

I think products from equipmentzone are good stuff, not because of "not Chinese made". and I bet they use some parts are made in China. I had a supplier from CA, USA. They always have problems with my orders.....over charge, old ink, no money refund.....so many problems. Of course, no more business with them. So business are good or not, depending on people, not because they are made in WHERE. I always buy "cheap but good quality" stuff.
The reason that quote was put in there is that SWF EAST misrepresents that this item is something that it is not.
My CISS just arrived. Can't wait to install and try it out! I'm getting sick of lines not priming or taking a few head cleans to get right. This will be perfect in the lead up to Xmas sales.
any questions, you know how to get in touch with me
Hey bluetooter :)

Good to see you over here. Thanks for the great info on the CISS bulk system.

How is it working for you?
Its great!!! Absolutely no issues whatsoever, in fact, we are still printing at the same rate as last year which was over 20,000 shirts and now using WAYYYY less ink.

I mean its dramatic.

Its too bad that all of my posts keep getting censored or deleted by Don at SWF. All that indicates is that they are aware of something better than what they offer and do not want others to know it.
Just want to clarify the system information:

EquipmentZone is now working on making a bracket that would fit exactly on the Kiosk.

The name of the system is the EZ PRO 2 Bulk Ink System.

Is that a heater attached to your printer? How effective is it?
Yes, its a fan driven infrared heating unit.

Sometimes we get so much white ink that we have to add some quick drying power to the white ink layer before the colored layer is applied.

This usually only occurs when we are doing small left chest logos which have a heavy area of white. The area is so small that there is not enough time for the white ink to set a little naturally before the colored layer starts.

We have just come out with a version of our EZ PRO Bulk Ink System for the Kiosk printers.

You can view a video of it on YouTube:

id like to know about this too...
also, does the system come with a new printhead or does it all print from the same head that came with the Kiosk as youve mentioned less clogging, but most my clogging occurs in the head...

thanks :)
Hi Sabrina and Nathan,
One of our top priorities when designing the EZ Pro K Bulk System was to try to reduce or eliminate clogging issues. So, we made two major improvements. First, we decided to use extra large tubing. Secondly, we decided to use cartridges instead of dampers to help avoid clogging issues..

We also made the system compatible with our refillable cleaning cartridge set. When you need to leave the printer for a few days, you can remove the EZ Pro K cartridges and put in the cleaning cartridges. Then you can flush the ink from the print head with cleaning fluid. With this method you only lose the very little ink that is in the print head. That's instead of current method on the Kiosk: closing the ink bottle valves, opening the cleaning solution bottle valve, and flushing out all the ink in the lines leading from the bottles to the print head.

Our bulk system itself will rarely if ever clog, even if you leave the bulk system sitting for an extended period of time. From the feedback I've heard, customers who have our bulk system and who follow our maintenance guide procedures are generally (if not always) clog-free.

That being said, if you have an existing clogging issue with your printer, that issue will persist regardless of what bulk system you have. If you have a clog now, I'd suggest starting fresh and replacing your printhead and capping station when you get a new bulk system. They're wear parts and you should be replacing them once a year anyway.

I hope I was able to answer your questions.
