There is a company that sells scented ink...which is likely your best bet to get any kind of smell in there. I forget the name of it, but at one point I was researching it for a scratch and sniff idea.
How to hold scent in t-shirt
I know this is an odd question. Does anybody have suggestions for how to hold scent in a t-shirt ? For example the scent of a perfume ? A way to keep it in the shirt even after washing ?

Matsui has smelly inks. I used the peppermint one for candy cane shirts for and order last year
