You need to do a head cleaning. This should be done before you start any print job. And always do a sample print before the actual customer print. We usually do a head clean and purge at the start of every day. Some times you need to do it a couple of times.

We moved away from the ciss system. For what you save, unless you are doing huge production, it is more head aches than its worth.

I did a head cleaning 4-5 times yesterday. Maybe i'll try a couple more times really.

what do you use for sublimation?
Most people are much better off with refillable cartridges.

Also the place your printer sits can make a huge difference in clogged heads.
Don't place it anywhere near a heating/cooling vent. Make sure your humidity doesn't get too low as this will speed up the clogging.

If you print everyday, you should not need to do cleanings daily.
