my question to the forum is how do i finalize the shirt i have hand drawn images but i want my shirts to have an all over style print im wonderning how do i go about putting the designs on the shirt so i can c it and send to a printer is this were corel draw comes into play

You can scan the image you created into your computer, then you will need either Corel, Photoshop, Illustrator, or some sort of graphics program to modify it be print ready, what constitutes "print ready" means different things to different printers. It would probably be a good idea to talk to your printer to see what they need as far as file type, resolution, size, etc

I'm not well versed in what your trying to do we do all of our designs in a Photoshop or Illustrator, but someone who has the experience is surly to reply to your thread.
