I have tried numerous times to empty my inbox but it still shows 5 messages which I can't even see. I clicked on empty, get the message "are you sure" click yes and it still shows 5. Any suggestions?

You might have some messages stored inside the "sent items".

That's kinda weird. I just emptied both my inbox and sent items without having any trouble at all.

The weird thing is when I go to the back end of your account and check out your PM statistics, it says you only have one message sent. I think I will have to do a inbox clean up for you. It will resolve your inbox. I would just like to confirm with you that it is ok for me to do so. If you have any important PM's saved I recommend saving them on a word doc because when I do the clean up it will remove everything.

I actually figured in out last night. Thank you to everyone who tried to help. It was my error.
