Hi everyone,

I am running into an issue. I do custom apparel printing, but I am noticing that my blank shirt supplier will quite often have week long sales. When I go to quote my customer, if I give them the sale price, and they don't order for a week, I will lose money on the job. If I give them the regular price, it may seem to expensive... any help?

Hi, I always use the list price for quotes and treat sale prices as a saving for myself, not my clients.

Ryan is correct. Quote on regular price. If you want quote a price for an order within 24 hours WITH at least 50% down

We never quote on sale prices.

Agreed, sales are like your little bonus for doing business with them. I never pass that on to the customer either. Look at it like a little savings to offset some of those shirts you screwed up on a past order.
