How to cut outline of layed design?

Help! In WinPC Pro, I have a design that I am trying to cut that is three different pieces of clip art layered on top of each other. I only want it to cut the outline of the three combined elements. Can someone please help? I'm sure I am making it way to difficult... I have a Puma III cutter if that makes a difference. Thank you

You would need to vectorize the image and delete the color.
Just make sure the outline is welded together so you have a clean cut.
