I have the USCutter Laserpoint II with Scal Pro. I am new to vinyl cutters, never used one before. My designs are usually intricate, detailed typography.

Question is, how do I contour cut a design like the picture I attached here? How does weeding works?

I used JPSS for lights.

That is a LOT of trimming and weeding, along with some very fine lines. I can't imagine how much labor it would take even my best weeder.

Plus multiple layers means tight registration between those layers.

What are you hoping to sell these for, price-wise?

How about to just trim the outside? How do I set my cutter to do that instead of cutting every outline?

Do you know how to make my cutter cut outside the design?
I am not familiar with your cutter or software. If I had something like that I would have to draw my cut lines around my image. How many of these do you plan to produce? It may be better to have these screen printed.

In Corel I'd just do a contour line around the outside and call it done.

Most likely actually set the line .001 or so into the graphic so it doesn't leave a white edge around the graphic.
Can you please give me detailed tutorial on how you do that on Corel? I've never used Corel but I have it.:)

Normally no big deal but right at the moment I'm cutting 50+ logos for bags we have to deliver in the AM and I don't have Corel installed on my Netbook that I run my cutter with. I'll have 8" of vinyl left on the roll after this run so I have to baby sit it just in case.....

After the cut finishes it's time to weed and heat press...

The Help function in Corel should give yo the info you need.
