None of those factors are a concern of the buyer. I would suggest calculating your costs and charge accordingly. 1 price is better than lots of options in my opinion

Any rule or how to charge for any personalized tshirts? By the size of the art? By wedding difficult? As sample: front logo 10x6 back name 10x1.5 and number 4x8 wedd difficult light.
