up until now i have been doing 3 x 8 banners or smaller. i noticed by the time im done the material is off to one side. this is fine because i trimm and hem it. my question is how do i alighn the material for a long run, lets say 20 to 30 feet, i know by the time i get to the end of a banner that long, it will have shifted alot more. is there a trick to doing this, i have roland versacamm 54 sp. i followed the instructions in the manual, at least i think i did

Unfortunately it's just a matter of making sure the material is fed straight through the pinch rollers. On really long runs to ensure the material doesn't bunch up and ruin the job, I lock it in, and feed it quite a few feet with the down arrow. If it doesn't shift, I know it's as straight as can be, and then I feed it back through with the up arrow.
