How small to go for text

How small can you go with text safely for heatp ressing?
I seem to get the very small parts of text (eg punctuation) peeling off. Is it because the text is too small? garment issue (im using old tshirts at the moment)? Vinyl issues?

Im a screen printer really so still very much learning with vinyl and heat pressing.

What make vinyl are you using. You have to watch your blade pressue and setting. Too much is just as bad as not enough. Make sure your blade is sharp also. I had issues with Sisser EasyWeed on small text and never a problem with Thermoflex Plus. JMHO
we dont go below 1/4 inch for anything, vinyl, screen print, embroidery.

Sorry its peeling off the garment. No problem cutting it so far.
Im using MDP Hotflex.

Its currently the dots in a web address which is a pain. They are about 4mm x 4mm so quite small.
If you have a really sharp blade you can go pretty small. But I also tend to stay above .25". If its really small like the dots, just weed it really carefully. Once your done weeding make sure to look at it and see if anything got pulled of by mistake.
