Diazo doesnt specify how much sensitizer
But when I go to some sites such as
dharmatrading.com is says mix 2 or 2 1/2 [ Speedball Diazo Sensitizer - 1/2oz ].
Then some said to mix only distilled water with diazo.

any tips?
Im wondering how can I tell if I put to much or too less.

You want (need) to mix it all. Don't try to just mix a portion.
It's a one shot mixing deal.

Your link is for a 6.6 oz bottle of emulsion. Speedball sells different size emulsions and diazo sizes not the standard PT, QT, or Gallon.

I split gallons of emulsion on a regular basis. My shop is too small to use a full mixed gallon before it begins to age. I split the diazo in half by weight and the emulsion by eyeball into half gallons. Mix as usual and am within 10 seconds on my initial burn time. Adjust from there. Cut my emulsion cost by a bunch over buying quarts.
