Since it's not a part that would normally ever be replaced on a machine I doubt that you will be able to find a replacement cover for the Blazer Pro. It's not something that would be stocked. If your damaged cover is still available you can try and bring it to a local sheet metal shop and see what they would charge to make a new one.

What part and how bad is it? It would be expensive to have a new part made.
Take the broke/bent piece to a local/smallish shop and have them work it back to normal.
That would be your cheapest option.
You CAN run the printer without the piece in question, but pay attention to dust/dirt and
airflow around the printer.

Doing what Support2012 would be your best bet. But if its unrepairable then having a new built maybe worth it if your trying to resale your printer. It will definitely still run without it but keep a cover over it when your not using it.
