Hi all, I was hoping someone could help with an exposure time question that I couldn't find had already been asked/answered...
This will be my first time exposing a screen that has a double coating of emulsion on the print side. I presently expose for exactly 5 minutes for single coating of emulsion on each side. I've been meaning to get an exposure time test kit, but procrastination is biting me now....
Pertinent info-
This is my exposure unit: 25x36" Auto UV Screen Exposure Unit w/ Compression Lid
Brand new bulbs
The artwork is large block style lettering, no fine detail; using Ryonet white ink
Mesh - 110
Emulsion - ProChem DXP Pink Dual Cure Emulsion
Any other info needed?
Thank you for your time!
