How many T-shirt do you purchase each year, and at what price?

probably 10 at approx. 15$

this might be too personal a question to ask given there are a lot of competitors on the boards.

I would prefer to keep my wholesale pricing confidential. Otherwise, once i revealed it, I might get the next logical question which would be where I get them.

You might want to specify if you speaking of retail or wholesale. We purchase tens of thousands of shirts a year wholesale and maybe a dozen retail. There is a huge difference.

I think "competitors" you've mentioned is someone that sells T-shirt, rite? I think if anyone want to start a business, they will make a survey with a larger number of respondents. I just want a number to give to my teacher . By the way, I'm taking a marketing research course.

for my self i buy around 70-100 shirts maybe less a year, price $15-$25 each

Other than my t-shirts, I'm not really a t-shirt guy. From a marketing perspective, I don't really see the point of wearing another company's shirt when you could be wearing your own.

For me and my husband we buy oh say 15 t-shirts at 20-40 each.

Not necessarily easy, no. As tshirtguru said, there's a big difference between buying t-shirts wholesale (which many of our members do) and buying t-shirts retail. There's also a difference between buying printed t-shirts and buying blank t-shirts.

The better your questions, the more relevant the answers you receive, and the better your research will be

You are posting a question blindly into a crowd of consumers and sellers.

I come to this site as a business owner, not a consumer. My thought process while on this site is how to better my company.

In short, you need detail your question towards the t-shirt providers or the people actually wearing the shirt.

O.k. Il'l answer fir the helluvit. My screenprinting div. accents my sign biz..so i buy prob 2-3000- a year wholesale(nobody buys white) and i sell them for a little less than walmart down the road,(which are'nt that cheap)

My question is about consumers who buy to wear, not to resell.

Oh, why do u say that?

To actually wear myself I would have to say around 20, but if I'm buying for other people too I would have to say around 50-60 ( you did say a year didnt you? I know alot of tshirt wearing people and if they are sleeveless thats even better, what is it with guys ripping off the sleeves??? LOL!

Probably 10-15 a year at a price anywhere from $10 - $20

I probably buy half a dozen tees per year for myself.

For my business, around 70,000.

For me personally, 0. I just take it from what I buy for my business.
