I have a Hotronix Press (Hoover). I don't use the hoovering option, just the normal press, with pressure around 7.

How many seconds do you guys pre-press (to dry, and make it straight). and how many seconds to cure?

Your pressure sounds about right, or maybe a little more but not much. Pre-press for 5 sec. Some papers are made to be peeled hot, others cold. The instructions should give you that info.

i dont know if your pretreating them or not but with white shirts no pretreat i did some testing and i found slightly better washability WITHOUT prepressing the shirt at all, it surprised me but its less work so all good 35 seconds medium/light pressure to cure cmyk.

Never pre press, no need for it, as for curing, 356 35sec 26 pounds pressure, got Fusion
