You could do that with Underbase and Skinny White. Do you have a flash? Definitely use halftones where the writing over laps and the white is a little lighter. Don't use Underbase for the halftones maybe hit twice but NO underbase because it will be as bright as everything else. You will need 2 screens.

I'm going to go a different direction and say the best results would be by utilizing a white and a grey. I would print underbase white, flash, grey, high light white.

I cant get the back print to pull up for some reason.
You can definitely print it this way to. I was cutting the gray out by putting skinny or highlight but use halftone and on a black shirt it will be a grayish color.

But CNClark's way would do the job just as well
