How many colors can I get this design down to? What's the best way to do it?

Looks like Underbase, Pink, Purple, White, Black to me. Or, you might try to create the light pink with a halftone of the white against the pink shirt. Or, you might try to create something that looks like Purple with a halftone of the black and light pink. It looks like a possibility of 4 screens, or 4 screens to me.
