Anyone have any tips on how to keep your shop clean of ink? Squeegees, ink containers, trash bin, etc. Any tips on how to keep your screen equipment and area clean would be much appreciated.

To keep your shop clean, clean up your tools and the equipment after each use, and put everything back in it's place. Not sure what kind of answer you are looking for.

You should have zones in your shop. my ink and clean up area is right next to my press. Keep plenty of extra ink or putty knives, and cardstock squares, around for scraping ink, and I also have a piece of tempered glass on my cleaning mixing table. You can always get everything off of glass. Also don't move your screens out of that area until they are clean. And keep a second pair of shoes to change into before you leave.. I work in super comfy, yet super ugly shoes. They stay in the shop and never go past the door. Last but not least, be. Clean throughout your printing the cleaner you are the better everything goes. I keep press wash in a squirt bottle like for mustard, and some in a spray bottle. Happy printing.

zone control is tops. We keep wipes evrywhere as well. We move stuff around on things with covers we can discard or use pallet tape. Clean as you go or you will have a mess rather quickly. We use daily check off sheets as well
