We sell them through our online store. We do all the "designing" and printing inhouse. We're doing a lot better than expected, but we're probably an exception because we also run a pretty busy online forum so it helps in getting our name out there. We haven't spent any money on advertising yet, since I still need a lot of work on the designing part.
