Sort of hard... may not be worth the time and the garment may not look too good after you're done.

there are articles on this and i think even SOLMU on the board may have explained how it can be done.

better to print something over It. :)

Depends how many shirts you want to salvage. Most of the time, if you're trying to clean a big print, it is a lot more cheaper for you to grab another shirt and print. But if it's something that you really need to do, a "spot gun" is the answer, but note as labeled it is more effective doing spots, but anything bigger, I wouldn't suggest doing so. But it is a great investment to be in your shop as from time to time, you would absolutely need it.
