Hey all,

First post here but I've read a lot before creating an account today because I have a question I couldn't find an answer for.

Printing t shirts is cool, but you need to ship them as well. I'd like to know how you guys envelop shirts for single shipments. Say you get a shipment for one shirt, do you print the address and stuff the bag manually or do you have a special machine to process your shirts?

I've tried google but couldn't find anything concerning high volume t shirt shipping.

I but the waterproof 8x11 envelopes from staples. They are $10 for 5 I think. I also put my shirts in a plastic bag and seal it with my impulse. I can fit 2 shirts in that bag for a order of 4-5 I buy the larger bag any more than that I move to the flat rate USPS boxes.

I just use priority mail envelopes from USPS, they're free if you ship priority, easy and always available. I also use the weatherproof ones from u line and do my own labels, they are cheap as well.

I purchase Tyvek Envelopes from Uline (I think they're around $20 for 50 or so) and then I print the label (with postage) through Endicia.
