I use corel 9. I right click on the bitmap and go to corel trace and trace by outline. You can save it and import it. I've found the it usually leaves a copy of the traced object right on top of the bitmap. Choose it and move it to the side and ungroup it. It usually has a box outline around it, delete it. You might also have a bunch of noise, I swipe small areas to highlight the junk and delete. You will have cleaning up to do. I've gotten quite good at it but it is tedious. I ask for a vector file or enlighten them about the charge for the times it takes. I never clean text, just replace it. Hope this helps.

i guess I need to check out the bezel tool, never thought about it. I always traced using streamline 3
believe or not. It always worked better than coreltrace but it is so old that it is a pain to install in newer systems.
