The first number sounds like the waist measurement. The second number is either the "rise", the measurement from the middle of the crotch to the top of the waistband or the inseam which is the measurement from the middle of the crotch down the leg. I'm guessing its the inseam.
How do I read shorts/jeans measurements?
I'm looking to order some shorts, and the measurements are listed as 28/7, 29/9, 31/13.
What do these mean?
28 is the waist circumference? And 7 is the US number size?
