We never have a problem with bubbles when doing banners. But when we do coroplast, without fail there's always little micro bubbles. We are using a flat surface. We clean our substrate well before application. Our app. tape is perfect and we use good squegees. Any suggestions out there? Is there a type of machine like a laminater that you can feed your application and substrate into that will press it without any bubbles?

With Bubbles it can be few things.
When applying the application tape make sure your using a good type because that can cause problems.
Also and cold lamintor will making mounting a breeze get a daige 54" for 2 grand and used ones are half that.
I print banners so got it easy but if you need some done whole sale if it is a pain i offer that to ;)

The big squeegee!!! I wish I had known about it way before I got one. Amazing, wish I had been the one to think of it but I didn't, awesome product.
