I'm am using Design Studio for Melco. I've downloaded the font, unzipped it, but I'm not sure what to do next. Any help would be super appreciated. Still learning....
If you are using windows right click on the file then click install. Or click copy. Go to Windows then right click Fonts folder and click paste.I'm am using Design Studio for Melco. You can download fonts from Dafont. They are valid fonts. I have downloaded from there and installed just fine. PM me the font name and I will download it so I can test it for you.Do I have to purchase digitized fonts? Or just use regular fonts? Like from DaFont?
Yup you can digitize just about any font with embroidery software. Even the cheapest intro level digitizing software that came with my single head 9 needles SWF embroidery machine does pretty good job with dafont fonts. Of course pre digitized fonts are optimized for embroidery if it is compatible or installs without issue.dafont worked just fine. I was trying to download a digitized font I bought on-line, I didn't realize fonts just worked for embroidery. I'm still a newbie!![]()
