How do i add bleed to the yellow?

Hi I am using corel draw x4 and wish to add some spread/bleed to the yellow plate so it sits under the black by approx 2mm. I will be printing this logo onto some tees and will put down yellow then black.
Can't work out how to add the spread,can someone help please.:confused:

You can't just select the yellow and enlarge it by grabbing a corner and pulling outward?

....or select the yellow and stroke it to the amount needed.

What I would do is insert a second page. Copy art and paste on second page. Select the Black and add a black 1pt outline to it and print the yellow sep from the 1st page and the black from page 2.
