hey guys i've be selling t-shirts for a while but only white. I've just ordered colours and jetwear dark to try and sell over Christmas. I do not like the transfer paper at all. So was wondering what color t-shirts you can get away with using light transfer paper for.? i've tried yellow and heather grey which look fine. how about getting darker like royal blue and red?

I played around with putting light transfer paper on darker colors this summer. I tried limr green, light blue, tan etc. It definitely changed the look and colors of the artwork. Some looked awful, some looked really cool. So I would think it just depends on what you are putting on them and the final effect you want.

With darker colors, about the only thing you are going to get away with is black. Also if you don't trim close enough, some of the darker colors show the polymer more.

thats true, the ones that had to be trimmed did not do well there was an ugly edge all around the design. A lot of the ones we did, we printed completely to the edge of the paper, which gives you a definite rectangle that works with some designs and some not. We were doing some original artwork that was originally done on a rectangular canvas anyway so they looked fine.
