Its my first time to apply vynil material on my shirt. At first i taught the quality of the vynil is good but after the first wash this happened.

This happened after the first wash. It was plain pink beofre with no texture. But now it has.

These are my following setting.

160 degrees celcius
10 seconds press time
high press

i also preheated the shirt. Cured it for another 10 seconds.

Is the process that im doing right? i followed instructions on the manual. Hope someone can help me. Tanks for reading guys

How old is your heat press?

It's very possible your heated platen is heating unevenly. There are ways to test the heat coverage.

Laser temp gun (pyrometer) or better with a heat measuring probe (more acurate).

If this happened after washing, it seems it might have something more to do with vinyl quality, laundering or an ink issue than your press. I don't do vinyl so I'm obviously no expert on the process. Just an opinion.

I think so. but ill try again. i gbought another vynil. this time its black.
