OK So I plan to open up my own online business, however I also intend to promote my own brand, in the initial stages I have no choice but to buy from fruit of the loom as they are the cheapest suppliers of plain t-shirts I can find.

however I intend to remove their labels and replace them with mine I have a labels supplier but I am worried about a law suit comming my way for copyright or misleading breaches.

Is this legal in the UK or how do i go about this please let me know.

Many thanks Mo

P.S
does any one know where i can buy really cheap t-shirts from when purchasing minimum quantity??
thanks again Mo

That is true Mo, it is common place around the world, even for the biggest brands. Provided you are not misrepresenting anything, like the counrty of origin, the fabric blend etc. & include the information required to meet your local goverment regulations, and you are relabelling with your own brand, there is nothing wrong with it.
