Alot of companies sell pigmented inks. The inks that persoanlizedsupplies.com sells under the name magic mix may be available from other copanies, but it would be impossible to know without trying, since the name migic mix is the name that they sell it under, while other companies use their own name. bestblanks.com sells pigmented ink as well.

How much time have you given her to respond to your email? Shes usually very responsive.

If you want the Magic Mix, why doesn’t u just buy it from them? The website is user friendly.
Yesterday I ordered a few papers from them and guess what, they have already ship them this morning. I don't know why they are not responding to you mail, but for sure they have people working there.

The Magic Mix inks are actually a combination of pigmented inks from several different sources that were thoruhgly tested to find the best combination of what was available. It was largely developed by the people over at the HTFDP Yahoo board; before Cindy started selling the "Magic Mix" inks, some of the people over there were buying the inks seperately from all the different vendors and it was a real pain.

That's what I've gathered on it's history anyway; I think it's about right. One could always ask Cindy herself, or perhaps Don (very active guy on the Yahoo board, over 10k prints with Magic Jet/Magic Mix, has posted here ocasionally) for more information.

I've never had any need to contact TLM myself (just ordered off the website and everything was fine), but nearly everyone that has needed to has said Cindy tends to respond promptly and is very helpful. If she isn't (e.g. it's been a few days, still no response), I'd suspect something like a spam filter nabbed it by accident, like Rodney mentioned.

can i get alittle more info on this ink?

What is it used to press on? White only? Darks?

How well do they hold up?
color vibrancy?

what printers are being used?
They are generally printed with an Epson printer of some sort, either with pre-made cartidges or a bulk system. From what I've heard, the inks hold up excellently and the colors stay bright for a good while.

They are usually used with normal (light) heat transfer papers, but I see no reason why they couldn't be used with opaque papers as well with decent results.

One other note baout this ink, though - it can print on regular paper just fine too, but avoid using glossy paper (the ink will sort of float on top).
