Go to area embroiders and sell your services to them. Or maybe set up a partnership with an local embroiderer and tell them you will offer your services for a very low-ball price (free?) if they embroider for you at cost.
With this new "at-cost" printing, go to local screen printers and see if they would like to add embroidery services to their line-up. They will more than likely love the idea of extra profit opportunities with no investment required. They will forward the embroidery service to you which you will pass on to your embroidering partner, and you'll pad a little bit of profit on there for yourself when the work is done!
