Can someone tell me how these are done, i thought it was vinyl but not sure how you print on vinyl so could it be plastisol? Any ideas?

also i have noticed they are starting to have vinyl that has prints on them. so that could be possibble.they found some with those designs on it as well

Think you might be right but the M on it is their logo initial, can't find this type anywhere?!
