My Hotronix Fusion 16x20 HeatPress Touch screen is not working properly. It's screen is turning off by itself when I use it to press t-shirts. Did this happen to anyone? I called the company they recommended to replace the touchscreen motherboard and its very expensive.

Make sure you are not using an extension cord and that you are not getting power surges.
My fusion is 4 years old and since I started doing sublimation in February, I have been having the same issue. I did all of the recommendations from the stahls guy but I am still having that issue. whenever I set the press to 380 degrees or higher the screen shuts off after about 30min. - 1hr. The timer still works and the temp stays correct, but I can't see a thing.
It must be the heat because when I let the machine cool down, the screen is normal. Also when pressing vinyl at 300-320 degrees the screen will stay on all day.
