I'm having difficulty finding a true 100% cotton hoodie
for screenprinting..
I'm seeing 90/10 blends with 100% cotton face..
Is that all that's available?

American Apparel had one: 5495. It is supposed to be coming back on the market "soon." S&S has them listed as "New for 2018" and zero current stock.
