Hello Everyone!

We have bought used HM1 printer, prior to that we were mainly using vinyl vutter and transfer. We have a guide, but before we start any printing could please somebody explain us what should we do before and after printing or maybe there is something crucial that we need to know, hints or anything. If somebody have a link to the thread where we can find information how to basically set it up and use at all we would be very happy!!

Thank you!

Does anybody have a link where I can download update for Print Pro? I have a dongle and security keys, but the HASP driver doesn't work with my Windows 7, have tried reinstalling, nothing helped. ):

A76,
Hello and welcome to DTG printing. Here's a bit of info for you. I started with a Kiosk II, upgraded to a DTG HM1-c and have since upgraded to DTG M2. The Hm1-C was sold about a year and a half ago so I've probably forgotten more than I can remember but here's a few tips.

Commit yourself to maintenance! Make sure you do that.

Really learn the RIP software as it will drive the machine.

It may be wise to give yourselves about 6 months time for the learning curve to really get you going.

Do not let ink sit in the machine without running a print every day. Keep ink flowing otherwise you will clog print heads and that's not cheap!

Reach out to the manufacturer and see if you can get registered for tech help. Even if you have to pay, it's worth it!

Good Morning DangerMouse, we are located in Nottinghamshire.
We have managed to make the Print Pro work, the problem was in the drivers, all drivers we have tried were made for 32bit systems and our Windows were based on 64bit system.

Thank you!
If you need any training regarding Direct to garment printing and machine operation give us a shout. We are based just outside of Newark and distributed these machines a few years back. We also have a wide range of spare parts if you need anything.
