so ive been loving my swingman 15 but have ? how should i determine pressure? im only using 1 arm, ~180lbs..can anyone give me an idea where medium-heavy pressure is...like should i be putting my 180 on it to press heavy?

all my shirts so far pressed but seems like i should be smashing it into the fabric more.. like vinyl feels like its just sitting on top of the shirt and screen prints feel and look like they should be "in" the fabric more...

i only use one arm on mine and go by this (i'm only 150);
if it take a little oomph to close it then that is medium,
if it takes exertion to close then that is heavy (feels like you are going to lift the back right up)

i always do a re-press for roughly 1/2 the regular press time
you are using plastisol as i recall, but for vinyl i look for a slight fabric pattern in the vinyl
(very light embed, too much and you can actually separate the adhesive layer from the vinyl,
letting the tee fabric to discolor the vinyl part and affect durability)
use parchment paper, teflon will impart its own pattern and can fool you (plus it monkeys with your temp and dwell times

i'm not sure if plastisol should go into the fabric that much, i think it is meant to be on not in
i could be wrong though, but i just started testing some plastisol from versatrans and i did a re-press
but did not notice any fabric imprint, but it has washed/dried very well (only about 5 cycles in)

Plastisol is screen printed.
Plastisol refers to the type of ink being used in the screen printing process.
