Hired at a Print on Demand comany

Hi everyone, I was recently hired as Director of Business Development for YouInkIt, an online apparel company. I'm new to the apparel biz but wanted to learn how I can leverage my position (I can get everything at wholesale cost) to build a t-shirt business on the side.
