High Production Heat Press

Hey Guys,

Looking for a clam style auto open heat press that is built to last. I currently own 6 stahls hotronix auto open presses that I want to phase out. I average about 50 - 75 thousand tshirts a year on these presses and they just keep breaking down. The 2 16x20 presses in particular that I bought in 2012 are a constant headache for me since the day i bought them.

Does anybody have any experience using geo knight or hix in a high production environment?

Im not interested in air operated machines. I think i can get higher production having one operator using 2 auto open clams.

Thank you

We swear by Geo Knight presses. They are built like tanks and they are fully repairable if anything ever does go wrong.

I agree the 2 auto open clams can be more productive then a air operated press in this size (16x20).

You really can't go wrong with either Hix or GeoKnight. I can't remember a repair or breakdown on either.

Are you able to elaborate why you say that two auto open clams can be more productive? (I'm looking at getting the dual air hotronix so trying to look at it from all angles)
